Payment Information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING SHE'S STILL STANDING WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. If you provide credit card information to the Company, you authorize the Company to charge such credit card for all purchased services listed in the order including a) all recurring payments if a membership subscription is ordered, and b) the total number of monthly payments if a payment plan is chosen, and you authorize your credit institution to pay these payments. Such charges shall be made in advance and start on the original order date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to the Company and notifying the Company of any changes to such information.
Declined Payments. She's Still Standing offers a range of subscription and installment plans to its Services. We reserve the right to deactivate your access to the Services and/or void your course or program registration for failure to pay applicable fees as described in this Agreement.
You agree that California law (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, the Site and the Service and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site and the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts in the State of California. You acknowledge and agree that any violation of this Agreement may cause the Company irreparable harm, and therefore agree that the Company will be entitled to seek equitable relief in court, including but not limited to temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and permanent injunctions without the necessity of posting a bond or other security and in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that the Company may have for a breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement, which you accept upon registration for the Service, and the privacy policy located on the Site, contain the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of this Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company related to your use of this Site (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Agreement).
